Veterans Memorial Walkway

This walkway is being established to honour all veterans who fought or did peace keeping duties for the Allied Forces and returned home.

The Veterans Memorial Walkway Task Force committee is selling memorial granite stones to say thank you to those that saw duty on our behalf. The bricks are being sold for $150 (6" x 12") and $300 (12" x 12") with $25 being directed to the Legion welfare fund and $25 to the Veterans Association welfare fund. The stones will be engraved with the veteran's name, rank, years served, and regiment or division of the armed services. All members of the Allied Forces are eligible.

The walkway is being constructed running from D'Arcy Street to the Cenotaph which honours those that gave their lives for us.
