Noise

Parks:

It shall be lawful between the hours of 7:00am and 11:59pm, where the park facilities are artificially illuminated by the Town, and during the daylight hours where the park facilities are not artificially illuminated by the Town, to make or permit the emission of noise from a public park, provided such noise is normal to the activities lawfully undertaken in such public park.

Exemptions:

Any person may make application to Council to be granted an exemption from any of the provisions of this bylaw with respect to any noise for which he might be prosecuted. Council may refuse to grant any exemption or may grant the exemption applied for or any exemption of lesser effect and any exemption granted shall specify the time period, not in excess of six months, during which it is effective and may contain such terms and conditions as Council sees fit.
