The Office of Continuous Improvement, under the direction of the CAO, champions organizational excellence through:

• application of best business practices;
• conducting research and analysis on corporate initiatives impacting Town business;
• providing leadership to staff teams, working collaboratively with other departments in coordinating cross-commission projects;
• leading the business planning process;
• identifying and providing advice on emerging municipal issues and trends; and
• reporting on corporate performance measures.

Staff of the Office of Continuous Improvement encourage and promote corporate excellence. In the pursuit of providing responsive, quality, sustainable services to our residents, the Office of Continuous Improvement provides programs, resources and encouragement to achieve Newmarket's Community Vision of a community well beyond the ordinary.
